telephone service nor long distance service because you refuse to pay a 800VMailbox
charge by 800VMailbox, except that nonpayment of certain regulated telecommunications
charges may result in disconnection of service in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky,
Louisiana, South Carolina and Tennessee.
